I knew there would be a special bond between us when I heard that Olga and Nikos wanted to host their wedding in Koufonisia, one of my favorite Greek islands. The beautiful couple resides in Switzerland, and from day one, the chemistry was great between us.

Koufonisia is one of Greece's hidden gems in the so-called Small Cyclades. Moreover, it's one of the best places to host a wedding in the Cyclades if you're after a minimal ceremony featuring the Aegean Sea's beauty. Yes, the landscape might seem arid; however, the island's welcoming soil guarantees a perfect backdrop!

I could feel the passion and love of Olga and Nikos in every photo I took. Shooting a couple's spontaneous moments offers a unique insight into human emotional depth. Their unconstrained style was evident in every move and decision. And that's exactly the magic of sharing moments under the Greek sun and feeling how people can effortlessly pose for you!

A day before the wedding, they rented fishing boats for their guests and reached the uninhabited Kato Koufonisi. And there, they threw a fantastic beach party with top-class cocktails and an awesome vibe! A wild party at Finikas beach followed the simple yet symbolic wedding; then, everyone continued to the Taverna, only to return a couple of hours later at the beach for partying till the morning! It was the Greek summer, after all, and everything was possible!
