The most challenging weddings are always the ones that break the mold. One of Greece's hidden gems for a destination wedding is Preveza, a seaside town on the western coast. Now, add a wedding as unconventional as the one of Sophia and Fanis, and you get a memorable experience next to the sea!

The couple planned everything perfectly and chose stylish locations for their wedding preparation: Sophia chose Meraviglia Slow Living, while Fanis preferred Hooga. Those beautiful hotels guaranteed a gorgeous atmosphere already before the ceremony! As for the wedding itself, it took place at Panagia Kanaliotissa, a beautiful seaside church at Kanali Preveza.

Apart from one local rite, the wedding didn't follow any traditions: somebody from the groom's circle brought the bride's wedding shoes. And that was it. Sophia and Fanis, originally coming from Arta, decided on an easygoing ceremony. Their laid-back attitude was evident in every step they took, and that's why they shine in the photos!

As for the wedding party, it took place at Mango. That's Preveza's most beautiful spot for celebration, and I must admit it was so much fun to shoot photos during the party! The spacious beach bar was tastefully decorated, and the couple's vibe was present everywhere. Equally fun was the stop at Meraviglia, where the sophisticated couple gave me some of the best shots of the wedding!
